By using MemoryPush, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MemoryPush. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid features are available through a one-time in-app purchase via the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. We do not issue refunds. Once unlocked, you have unlimited access to all features on any device signed in with your Apple ID.
MemoryPush allows you to create and study flashcards. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content and are not liable for reliance placed on it.
All content in the app, including flashcards, graphics, and code, is owned by MemoryPush unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a harmful way.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
